RS4 Black Optic Pack

Hi,

Excellent forum and a nice bunch of people here. Been browsing for the last few days.

I'm going to order an RS4 in phantom black. However, there seems a complete lack of information as to exactly what the black optic pack consists of, beyond a black grill. I did search here and on google without any success and the audi.co.uk website is hopeless.

Can anyone shed some light for me please?

I have black optics on order. The package includes:

Optikpaket schwarz (quattro GmbH)
Paketinhalt:
- Rahmen um den Kühlergrill in hochglänzend schwarz - i.e. high gloss black grille
- Zierleisten an Dachrahmen und Fensterschacht mattschwarz - i.e. the matte black window surroundings
- Zierleiste im Stossfänger hinten in Wagenfarbe - i.e. the list at the back below the trunk in car color
- Abgasendrohre mattschwarz - i.e. the matte black exhaust

Where are you and which model did you order the black optics on? It sounds awesome.

To clarify my last post, I should have said I think the black optics for the RS6 was a Euro-only option. I personally have not seen the option on any U.S. RS4 or RS6 order guides.
