The dimentions on these disc s look the same and calipers reported to be the same as rs6 anyone know for sure ???????:alig:

The RS6 have 8 pod calipers the new S8 calipers are 6 pod (Brembo) in combination with the ceramic disks.
The ceramic brakes will also fit on the new RS4.

From what i have read disc size is the same . rs6 calipers are a brembo audi colaberation ??
Are we getting closer to better brakes with no fade i ask....

The new S8 ceramic discs are 385x36mm and the RS6 discs are 365x34mm so itīs not "bolt on" :mech:
The price for the S8 disc, around 4000 EUR each :eek:

I have read in FHM that the carbon brakes to the new S8 cost 25 224Euro.. same for the bang & olufson sound system..
But the brakes dont need srvice before after 300.000km..
Can this be right?

According to the car-configurator at audi.de the cermaric disks for the A8 W12 costs 8000.- (inkl 16% VAT).
I think this are the same as on the S8.
