But I don't think it would be in the top 3.. Tiff Needle tested it with Fifth gear and he didnt liked the handling that much (the time he could test it, becaus it broke down after a while :p) Tiff said: it's for people who like to say that they got the fastest car in the world. But personally I like to say I got the second fastest car in the world.
The old Koenigsegg also got beaten by the much less powerfull GT3 RS and 360 stradalle.
So dont expect to much ;)
