Why the :harass: next to the M5. Same top speed as modified RS6.....???


And perhaps a :harass: next to a stock RS6 which would be below the Stock WRX STi.

The M5 STOCK at 181 is pretty darn impressive.

Look on RS246.com he is a regular poster there. It is running at stage 3 with a combined effort from AMD, Sportek and miltek. circa 553bhp and 563Ft-lbs, i think it has hiflow cats and various other intake mods by sportec. The engine and gearbox oil coolers are uprated.

Stock vs. stock STi have no chance in such competition against RS6. I have been organising similar events for many years and seen them enough. Of course, in UK they have many special editions, I'm referring to STi, which is sold elsewhere in Europe.

181 for M5 is impressive of course and the winners 202 is :bigeyes:

Both are very impressive.

But remember we are talking tiptronic 5 speed and quattro vs. SMGIII 7 speed.

It was DMS modified, according to Erik's post and the RS6 driver. Not sure how much difference that would have made (?).
