Nice test with surprising outcome.
A quick translation about the verdict:
place1: Golf R32
- Best compromis between all day usability and trackfun
-not overly focused on dynamic but with a good portion of comfort
-agressive sound and punchy engine but still a bit on downside from expectations
place2: A3 3.2SPQ
-Flawless... no real downsides
-perfect buildquality
-costs less than the golf!
place3: 130i
-best drivetrain, high funfactor and agile
-M sportsuspension is overdone and bad ride quality
Golf R32 is on par with the 130i looking at the performance numbers. Very good keeping in mind that it has a tad less hp and the 4wd. (golf is 150kg heavier!)
