What's wrong with the gallery?

I'm trying to access the gallery so I can upload some pics and I keep getting this error message:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'rs6'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/httpd/www.rs6.nu/gallery/pp-inc.php on line 59
I cannot connect to the PhotoPost database. [$php_errormsg]

Is the gallery temporarily down?
