Trying to Post Pictures of New HRE C22 Wheels

I'm trying to post pictures of new HRE C22 wheels that I had installed yesterday but the files are too big, anyone know how to save them in a different format to post? I haven't posted pictures before.

I now have the files compressed to a small enough size, but when I preview the post I cannot see the pictures. Do the pictures only appear after you submit the post?

Thanks for the help, the tires are getting cleaned up today, the pictures were taken at AWE right after the install.
