After two RS2, I bought an RS4 ! I love this car :rs4addict

I bought an KW Suspension Kit, selfmade exhaust, steering wheel from alcantarar from the Quattro GmbH :-)

welcome.... and do I wish they sent the B5 RS4 to the states... I would have loved to own one. Very nice ride.... and great color.:D

Just would have been nice had they sent the B5 RS4 to the States... we were unlucky and did not get it.

Unless of course you import it yourself, which is a real big headach and costs about 25k to 30k just to federalize it here in the US. I know of 4 real RS4's that came here.... one is up for sale for 120k... guy is smoking crack... and about 2 years back another one was for sale for about 85k. But that car (actually the guy did it with 3 RS4's) was very special.... car(s) went through the process and then was sent back to quattro Gmbh for tuning (ECU and custom exhaust). Which is very rare... appearently this guy was well conected with quattro Gmbh... saw one of the cars at Thunderhill Raceway two January's ago. There is a thread here somewhere about it.

So for me I am just making the fastest well balanced S4 I can.... so far a lot of fun.

Handed a guy in a modified 993 tt his rear end at Fernley a few months back:incar: :hahahehe: Really having a good time in the B5 platform.

The more I hear, the more I'm convinced that the B5 is probably the very best Audi platform for tracking. I may be also going down this very long and dark path in the near future.

Your car looks very nice. I have bougt 2 weeks ago my first (black) RS4. I also want to lower my car with KW-suspension. Can you tell my which variant (1 or 3) you have bought and why?

You going to any ACNA events this year... Buttonwillow or Sears? We should hook up so I can give to a ride / test drive. Although, it will probably screw you:hahahehe:

I bought variant 1, I think it must be comfortable and look good.... the variant 3 is to hard to setup right !

If there is anything in the late November 05-February 06 range, then yep!:thumb:

And yeah, I figure once I take a ride in yours, I'm pretty much totally screwed...:incar:
