On August 22:nd my friends with the M3 CSL "LOADED" will try to do their best

The target is below 7:30... If they succeed it's Carrera GT breaking time.

sport auto chief editor Horst von Saurma will drive to set an official time. Mr. Richard Goransson (STCC race driver) will also make an atempt.

555 hp and a lot of torque, and low weight.

This is going to be relly interesting. As i talked to Loadeds owner at Falkenberg when it was STCC race reasently he seems very pleased whit the new power it has. Richard Göransson wher also driving around Falkenberg race track in Loaded CSL whit sponsors as usuall. It was set up fore us to have some laps, but it was so crowded that we left. At AMS event in september it may happen. The car seems to go very well i must say.

By the way a stock CSL is very, very competent.

Now what i wounder is, is Richard or Horst fastest in the Loaded?
Richard is a very talented race driver and is very used to drive Loaded, but not driven so much at the ring.

Horst on the other hand is very, very used to the ring. Not onley is he testing all sorts of cars at the ring, he is also driving the VLN race at the ring. I accually saw him when we was racing a moth a go, wanted to say hi and talk but dident, will do next time.

My wote for the fastest of the to is, Richard G. An agressiv race driver can always find the fast way around even not driven the track so much as horst.

That would be definitively a big achievement for the CSL "Loaded" if it will beat the lap time of the Carrera GT on the famous circuit of Nordschleife.

The CGT driven by Horst von Saurma on the NS is 7.32min. That will be really hard to beat ... We will see that on August 22 ! :incar:

Here some Sport Auto results.
All these results are done by Horst Von Saurma.

Beat 10:08... That's the time of a Ford Transit diesel (136hp) :D :D :D

we tried to go on the track and set the track record for the quickest lap ever done by an RV/mobile home, but it was closed for private testing. got to see some new cars though whilst we snook around the track... :D

Well accually, the time they are lokking to beat is a Swedish AC Shnitzer BMW CSL(Brorssons), its accually not so much AC shnitzer mods on it but anyway. They did 7,36 whit this car and thats the time Loaded is aming for.

The 7,36 time was done by Fredrik Ekblom, note the AC CSL have stock 360hp but its some change in chassi and brakes and some whight of it but not much.

Fredrik Ekblom have moore laps on the ring than Richard G, but that would not set back Richard.

Ohh have in mind that a stock CSL is laping the ring in 7,50 when Horst is laping it.
An up to date race driver would probably push a stock CSL a bit below 7,50 i would guess.

The CSL likes a fast track as Nurburgring, not stange at all ,its born ther:D

My bet is Loaded will preform better on the ring than Hockenheim du to above, and of course power comes moore in handy on the ring..

And the time at Hockenheim was relly god.

Im pretty sure Mr Horst will feel more safe in Loaded when he is going for it. In the Carrera GT my gues is he dident feel so safe:D

That alone meeans much on a track as the ring
