it seems to be a small leak but any leak is BIG to me.. any1 experienced this situation with their beast? should i be concerned?, i willl be taken the car in on monday...:vgrumpy: :vgrumpy: :vgrumpy:

I just had a tranny leak fixed last week.. one of the output shaft front seals was bad..Where is yours leaking from?

Just sprang a leak about two weeks ago. +/- 14K miles. Small leak that dripped on the garage floor (no more than a 4"x6" stain), but the tech indicated that some of the dripping oil was caught by the floorpan. Not a major leak, either, and is something that they've seen before in the A6 4.2s. Part ordered and arrived. Scheduled for maintenance this week. Will follow up.
