I've known about the new GTo for awhile like everyone else. But I never really looked closely at the pictures. After looking at them, Ive come to the conclusion that... a GTO is a Holden Monaro... :confused:

Correct. It is a rebadged Monaro with MINOR cosmetic tweaks. The Monaro has been on sale in Australia for years. We have some Australians aboard and I'm sure they can give you all the details;)

Well, I guess it makes sense scince Holden is part of Opel and Opel is GM and Pontiac is GM

You are correct sir.... it is a Holden, the build quality on this car is fare better then anything GMC could do here in the states.

Don't forget they moved the gas tank to behind the backseats as well, for U.S. crash regulations. Now it doesn't have much trunk room. Not that it had a lot before, just less now.

Just like they "improve" other safety components on other import cars.:trash: I'll believe it when I SEE it.:D
