What is holding that front left fender flare on?

does anyone know why the rotors or drums behind the wheels are red'ish?
could be rust?

Brakes rust pretty fast. If you wash your car, and look at the brakes 20min later, there should rust on them. It's bare metal, after all.

It's not really a problem, unless you leave a car standing for a long period. Then the brakes might get stuck.

after couple of weeks parked outside you will have shave the rotors on a machine ....
