For those of you that leased your beasts in the US, I have a few questions:
1) What is your residual value?
2) What will your miles be upon returning the beast?
3) What will your next car be?

I need to secure a new car by Nov. this year and I just want to explore all of my options (may consider a used RS6.)
TIA

I'm not leasing the RS6, but other cars I'd consider are, and in no particular order:

BMW M3 Competition Package
Porsche 997 4S
Benz SL55
RS6 (obviously)

Mine wasn't on lease but I just sold it the other day. Picked up a -02 A4 Avant 1.9TDi Q to get from A to B until my -06(?) RS4 Avant gets here.

Err.. Unless the next gen RS6 happens to swoop in before it gets out, but I doubt it.

I would say ... Find a RS6... You get power, comfort (front and back), and stability...you cant drive another car out there like an rs6 cept for a few that dont include SPACE.

My lease doesn't terminate until November 2006. At that time, the residual value has been set at $42316.40 (for a 39 month/15000 mile per year lease, or 48750 miles). My miles will probably be in sub-30K miles when I turn it in. I don't use it as a commuter car, but it comes out to play during every snow storm and has fun on track days. In fact, I'm headed up to the ACNA Winter Driving School in New Hampshire this weekend. More fun in the snow!

I have no idea what my automotive options will be in November of 2006, but I suspect that the B7 RS4 will be high on my wish list. I definitely do not want a car that weights in over 4000 lbs.

I must say, the new Maserati Quattroporte wouldn't be totally wrong unless you're in for a wagon.

I've called them before, they state that it was all sold out just last week.... Of course the cheap salesman line came up, talking about a pre-owned rs6. :(
