Small Question - (RS6 Wheels)

doing some research... couldnt find any specs...

is this the wheel that the europeans got for thier rs6:

8J x 18 ET 39 / quattro GmbH 5-arm alloy wheels

or are they the same wheels but 19"

(here in the US i see the 9-spoke wheel most of the times.. and is that 18" or 19")

The wheel pictured looks like the ones that came on my S6.

The stock US nine spoke is a 18" diameter. Europeans got a five spoke.

here are the wheel specs for RS6+ from the Audi tech docs as delivered with the car:

8.5 J x 18 ET 30
9 J x 19 ET 35
7.5 J x 18 ET 20

this: 8J x 18 ET 39 / quattro GmbH 5-arm alloy wheels

is not rs6 wheel. Looks like S4 :idea:

is indeed an S4 wheel.. it will be on the new B7 series S4's here in the states.

i was comparing because i though i read somewhere that the new b7 will get the rs6 wheel... but i guess its close and they really meant the design of the wheel and not the exact size (of course)

I know some folks that have been putting the 18" five spoke on their RS6 vehicles as Winter setup. I know that my dealership was selling them as a special RS6 Winter package. I know 2 RS6 owners that got them here in MA.
