Audi has sold it`s part of the Cosworth business to MAHLE. Mahle is a German manufacturer of pistons etc.

I believe they casted the heads for the RS4 but the motor was not built by them. quattro Gmbh did all of the tuning on the RS4 and RS6.
They built the RS6 motor and the Bentley GT W12 motor(I believe) only. The Gallarado motor was not built by them.
