my wife had this problem with her A4 in US, no way Jose was the response from the stealer .... so I guess I will take this next time around when back and will make a nice roll and dispose of it properly to the service manager ......
One of our guys in Europe had this problem in 2000 (on 97 model) and - although after warranty - it was replaced as n/c service ....
