These were taken recently. I have to start using a tripod so I can take better pix. I think my adrenaline is always set to 'high', and I shake too much when using my new camera.
I had the tripod with me, but was too lazy to set it up.

I just love this car.

Beautiful photos! I love shots with fall colours! :0: :0:

If you have a moment, please post them at Fourtitude's RS6 pic thread:

http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=1694704

...or, I can host them for you if you would agree.

And that goes for everyone reading this!

Nene,

Enjoyed the quality of those pics. Thought it was appropriate that you parked right in front of the "driver's" sign. This is afterall a driver's car:D

Thanks all for the comments.

As for the amber reflectors, I got Euro housings to replace the stock ones. One of the Euro housings arrived broken, and now Avalon Motorsports is giving me crap about replacing it. Seems they want me to pay for it...again! I've given them one more chance to make good on the order, or I'm calling the credit card about fraudulent claim. Looks more like the later!

The camera is a Nikon D70. I'm starting to read books on proper usage of camera and photography. Trying to use this as a hobbie, albeit an expensive one it seems.

I did not write down the exposure. I'll make sure to take notes next time. This time I was just foolin' around!

I will post on the Fortitude website for sure.

What a crock! Doesn't Avalon provide insurance for items it ships? If you don't get satisfaction, I encourage you to post same at audiworld.com, where Avalon has, or at least had, a frequent contributor (maybe on B5 S4 forum more than RS6). Maybe a little publicity there will goad him/them into cooperating.:hahahehe:

Nice pix, tho!:thumb:

You can get the high-res pic at:
Click Me! (http://151.203.201.218:8080/img/112004/RS6Fall/CommFrontLG.jpg)

The book I'm currently reading is:
Author: Rob Sheppard
Title: Digital SLR Handbook

The RS6 is pretty much my daily driver. I use the Big Dig maze everyday. Love to punch the throtle and hear her roar while in the tunnel. Surface roads are still a bit of a mess, which feels more like I need a Jeep. They are trying to finalize the work, until they realized that the main tunnels were leaking more than expected. Maybe I should invest on a yatch for my daily commuter.

About the Euro housing issue, Avalon Motorsports did ship it with insurance, and it seems FedEx or UPS is giving them hell about reimbursement, which is really not my problem.
I'm waiting to get my issue resolved until I post it on all relative forums. I hope they make good on the order. Either way though, I'm never using them again. This issue has been opened with them since August, and still no resolution. I think I've been quite a patient customer, for them to try and screw me over.

Nene,

Great pics!!!!!

As far as expensive hobbies go....I think you have an even more expensive habit.....CARS!!.

Also, sorry to hear about Avalon.....they just started selling STaSIS stuff and Paul says the owner is a good guy....but if he won't come to the plate on this then it just shows where their customer service is.
