Need some help specifying a system for in-car movie making.

Should I go DV or DVR or...and what bullet cams do I chose?

Check out http://www.stackltd.com/ for their solid state recorder. Buy the cheapest bullet cams you can, and treat them as disposable. The Gear used in F1, and Supercup, is expensive and not worth it if you are not a professional broadcaster. Get whatever works best with your editing suite of choice.
