Actually I think that this is sadistic. Why would anybody like to see this? No offence Erik, but a site devoted to crashes is in my opinion not amusing/entertaining/educational.

The sad truth is that 30-50% of all the people who watch NASCAR come to see the crashes. So yes, maybe sadistic, but it's what some people want.
