I do think that the engine is the new V8, made to conquer the American market. Yamaha is the original engine...
but still, 650 BHP is not such a pittey........:dance: :dance: :dance:

Just kidding, but itīs kinda cool.. I have one myself. With a regular engine that is! :D

Just a question, is the Volvo (not just the XC90) considered a common or a "luxury" car outside Sweden? īCouse hear almost every one has Volvo (or a Saab :D).

Here in Belgium , you don't see so much Volvo jeeps. If I see one , I mostly turn around to have a good look. The other volvo's are verry common , like the s40 , v40 or v70. And saabs , I don't think so , not much at all !!

I also live in belgium and I have to say I see them quite a lot, but not as much as a BMW X5, which is something ordinary over here with arrogance as standard:hahahehe: ... All of them driving around in their black on black X5 3.0d with opened windows so you can see them sitting, wearing a white t-shirt and hanging the arm out the window... aaaaahhh!!!:w:

Aimbert, Do you have the D5 engine? It appears to be on the edge but I like the design and concept of the 7 seats, although they are way to small! I almost got claustrofobic when I tested them with a friend at the Motor show:D.

firstly... this is a very nice car... i would love to have one, but the price of it here in norway would be about 1.2 million NOK or about 375 000 USD... That's alot of money... Hail to the high carprices! Damn you norwegian government! :w:
In Norway Volvos are quite expensive, but then again all cars are. :vhmmm: Therefore a Volvo is concidered to be a luxury car, that being the S60, V70, XC90 and the S80... Especially with for instance the T5 engines in them, then they're concidered to be quite the car...
Btw, the most popular brand in Norway is Toyota, with avensis and yaris and rav4 and whatnot selling like bread during a famine... :rolleyes:
