I've calculated the horse power in a wrong way... sorry
The power of the car was written as kw so i wanted to convert it to hp. While the calculation i multiplied the kw with 1.6 instead of multiplying wiyh 1.36 ( 1 hp=1.36 times kw)
The car is 427.7 kw. So, when you multiply it with 1.36 it equals to nearly 582 hp. :bigeyes:
Anyway, it is an enermous power for that 1.8t isn't it?

.... yeah ..... you're right -> it's a really mad piece of work!!!
-> as for your calculation:
I thought that there was sth. wrong with it as i searched through the Dalhbäck hp for modified 1.8 T machines -> max output were the mentioned 427.7 KW or 582 HP
really AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING :MTM: :MTM:

In the link it says standard s4's are 180-190 wheel hp. This ktr s4 is 523 wheel hp. If you put that in ratio, that s4 becomes nearly 700 hp.
wow!!! That is just great...

That is KTR's S4.

I've seen it live at their shop as well as New England Audi Shows. Car seems to idle very rough, and it's loud and abnoxious as anything. Granted there are some mechanical engineering feats worth doing, but not sure this would be one of them. But all I care about is daily driveability.
Imagine the turbo lag on that thing. Probably only good as a drag car, ... the way it's dressed and all!

Here are some more pics I found from 2003 new york water fest.
The 522 whp s4.
The guy should have done everything to make the s4 a unique track monster..
