I feel for you! Will it let you load another disc? I would find an unloved disc to try. My thinking is perhaps putting another disc in may shift the jammed one slightly...and using a bad disc just incase it eats this one too. The dealer will likely replace unit and retrieve if possible the disc(s). Good luck. Its worth a try.

dealer - need to remove the changer and carefully free the mechanic plate holding the disc. Otherwise you may damage the reader mechanism ....
