I would go with the Lotus Elise just because of the Toyota motor which could work with a TurboCharger. Some Celica's are putting down numbers between 260-280whp on a stock motor with just fuel system. Do you if the Exige have a Toyota motor or not? If yes then just get it and TurboCharger it and u will have an unbeatable car. This is what i have in mind if Im getting a track car.

Well if we want, how 'bout the Noble M12. That thing is pretty damn awesome.

The Noble is definately up there as well but I was thinking Ultima for price (cheaper if you build it yourself) and power (depending on what spec small block you get). Crazy bang for the buck:bigeyes:

Formula Palmer Audi :p
Not exactly street legal, but it does have a highly tuned 1.8T engine in it.

A good track car should have low weight. Weight is the performance killer No. 1.
Turbo might be a bad idea for the track, depending on how it is tuned. I'd perhaps prefer a N/a engine. :incar:

Lotus elise i guess. If you know how to drive it would be, a dodge viper or Vette Z06, GT3. Somewhere in that range. But you have to know how to drive :D. I hear that those cars will bite
