Looks like a good idea, makes a change for the ML55, i'm sure the missus would appreciate it.. ;)

Looks like it's the CLS55 from the rims and exhaust. :D

Now you have the right idea Klint. The ML needs to go and this is the perfect car for a replacement. Yes according to the article and the other pictures from MBWorld (http://forums.mbworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=76385) it is the CLS 55. 476 HP naught to 60 in 4.7sec... sounds familiar.:wo:
As for the power boat. Cigarette 1 all the way. My dad just bought land on a large lake in Georgia USA that is and it would go great there along with the 6 golf courses. :thumb:

Wow, have you driven this then!? I've heard its continuing on MB's new philosophy of sky's the limit horsepower. Must be insane to mash that pedal to the floor.

Good luck,
cheers,

Klint I brought the ML in for service today and brought home an E500 it is nice and the wife loves it. I saw the Presidential Edition E55 there for sale still. Thought about putting her in the beast until I saw the price tag.:MTM: :MTM:
I found out that the 2005 models will not have the maintence plan anymore here in the states. This is were they pay for the services such as oil change and the sort.

Afternoon Stuart,

Those E-Class' are nice! Especially in the AMG form, spectacular products from MB, just some niggles with quality issues, but it seems MB is just keeping up with German Trends ;).

Along with the maintence plan, the E55 Presidential Edition is purely for the American market, I wouldn't of heard of it otherwise.

What's different on the PE E55? I see those chrome rims, but that's about all I can differentiate for cosmetics?

If it's been stuck in the showroom for a while, there's the possibility of haggling the salemen down on the sticker price. ;)

All the best,
