View Full Version : So, what exactly came with your new RS6??

I am not so sure I got all the little goodies that are supposed to come with each new RS6. Could you guys please list what came with the car ( like Nav discs, keychain, literature, leather bags, knick knacks, etc.) when you picked it up? Seems like theres a thief at the local dealers and some items are missing from some new cars..
BTW. Do you guys know that there are 6 special consumer advocates in the USA that Audi has just for us RS6 owners.. If you call (866) 892-2834 you will get a dedicated RS6 customer relations carbon unit to help you with any problems..

They first handed me the invoice, then the keys. About 3 months later I received a leather portfolio and keychain.

I ordered my beast in Fall 2002, got leather binder weeks before the car arrived 8/03. Then got keychain and a small scale model in a clear plastic box.
I doubt that AOA dictates what goes to each customer; instead they probably offer things to dealers & it's up to each dealer how he wants to respond. So, there may be no "stealing" involved. But if you're really upset that you didn't receive whatever, I suggest you ask your dealer for it. If they can't come up with a 50 cent trinket (or even a $5 binder) for someone who buys a $70-85K vehicle, it's time to find another dealer!:hihi::hihi:

Indeed! If you ordered the car yourself, the window sticker actually came with your name on it.
It said something like 'Built by Audi, GmBh for: <my name>'.
Not sure the like was quite like that, but something to that effect. I'll take pix if you want.
It seems that normally they will leave that space empty for all other Audi cars, or so the salesperson told me.
I had ordered my S4 in 2000, and the car did not come with my name on it.

You dog! I ordered it myself (suffered thru the "personalized website") and still have the sticker, but no name appearing anywhere!!
a weekend in the garage with my PC a bottle of Klasse All in One, Sealant Gaze and S100 and lotsa dirty microfibre towels.:bye:

Well, having informed AoA that I didnt get a the RS6 keychain or the leather pouch or any of those things, they have kindly sent me two gift vouchers for $100 each to use for accessories. Kinda neat, eh? I guess if you let them know you are squeaking, they will provide the grease..;)
