I know I'm a bit late.
This car was introduced in Geneva but I didn't get hold of a picture until now.

Audi A4 Hard Top Convertible by Valmet Automobile, Finland.
RHT Coupé is the name of the concept.

The Audi A4 Coupé Cabrio is the new concept created by Valmet Automotive. It is based on the Audi A4 Cabriolet. Top down you can hardly see any difference to the original. Top up you see a fabulous hard top coupé.

The concept car has a fully automatic retractable roof consisting of three panels. Simple and unique technical solutions ensure short cycle time and smooth operation for the roof.

When the roof is down it is stowed into an extremely compact package. All the panels are packed parallel. This "onion fold" principle keeps the required space to a minimum. To further optimise the size of the trunk the largest rearmost panel is stowed on the top of the pack. This unique packaging maximises the size of the luggage compartment.

The Audi A4 Coupé Cabrio is a true four-seater. The interior of the concept car is carried over from the original Audi A4 Cabriolet. Even the original back seat and the rollover protection systems are positioned as they are in the original car.

- This new retractable roof solution enables exciting coupé styling for the car, says Mr. Jari Mattila, Project Manager. With this concept we wanted to be loyal to the styling of the original Audi A4 Cabriolet. To achieve this, the retractable roof line reaches backwards as far as the soft top in the base car.

With the top up, this concept shows a true hard top coupé design. The A-pillars and windscreen are carried over from the original soft top car. The rear side windows have been lengthened to offer better rear view and to allow more light in the cabin. With the top down, the concept car looks exactly like the original cabriolet.

This concept car project was carried out in three months and it shows the ideas and know-how of Valmet Automotive. The concept car is unique and there are no plans for production.

During the years Valmet Automotive has developed many technically advanced open top concepts for soft top and hard top vehicles. The solutions can easily be adapted for new vehicles.

Valmet Automotive is a Finnish contract manufacturer of niche vehicles. It offers complete vehicle projects from product development to series production tailored to specific customer expectations. The production process can be flexibly adapted to a broad range of different vehicle types and production volumes.

That's bound to be quite an exclusive vehicle...

Looks a little odd with the roof up.

You can't buy it. Unless you buy Valmet Automotive.
