Sadly, that is a common sight - its taking a nice chap to hospital in Koblenz. That place bites.

Yes. Apparently this was a bad crash on a motorbike.
The guy is still alive but both his knees are broken, ribs broken etc.
Dangerous place. Once bitten, one has to return there over and over.
