New A6 3.2 FSI vs. BMW 530i and MB E320

That's a HUGE difference! So much for quattro stealing power ;)

Very nice. I test drove the new 4.2 (but didn't get the chance to drive the 3.2). I thought it was very nice and a big improvement over the previous body style. Ride quality was noticibly improved as was the power and handling. Fit and finish was first rate (as usual) as well.

3.2 FSI appears to be a very good and powerfull engine. My father had a few rides in it in Portugal - Vilamoura during the Audi quattro golf cup and he says it was very fast for a 3.2 6-cylinder...really decent kick in the back! and could easily compete with some 8-cyl. models.

The official chauffeurs from there usually drove Mercedes E-classes (320's, CDI's,...,but said that the Audi A6 is way a more entertaining and 'more feedback giving' drive.
They were also impressed by the engines. 3.0 TDI was also a very impressive but the 2.0 TDI was a bit on the edge for such a heavy A6
