I know it`s not an Audi RS4/6....

But the Sierra Sapphire Cosworth(the 4 door saloon) is probably the first of the high performance saloon cars to come on the market.

It`s a sleeper car in the same way that the RS4 and RS6 is....(I`m not thinking of the spoilered 3 doors and RS500..)

They can be tuned to over 500PS and had optional leather Recaro interiors etc.

And the engine is made by the same company that developed the engine in the RS6.....

Is the Cosworths just a "boy racer" car or is it a "classic high performance car" in you opinion???

(I know they ar driven by quite a few boy racers unfortunately.... But so, I guess, will the RS4/6`s be in a few years time...)

Oh, and I love the :rs6kiss: and :rs4kiss: by the way:thumb:

It's not a "boy racer". It's a classic rallying car IMO. I don't like the Sierra that much but i find the Escort cossie quite nice. I rode in a 300hp one and i really liked it. I just love it when the boost hits. It can really move it's ass (light car) and the handling is very nice.

It was a desireable car in it's day with the Essex druggies, I noticed that the Essex 'boys' have a fetish for fast Fords whereas the northern english bunch liked their fast Vauxhalls.

Sharing my opnion/thoughts about the car would be a very subjective discussion and could cause some negative vibes amongst us, so I'll give my personal opinion a miss.

But the Cossie was out done by the Lotus Carlton.... :D
