Our local BMW dealer is offering the CSLs at an enormous £10,000 off list price!!!!! That the equivalent to a fully optioned SMG M3 Cab.

A friend was offered a brand new M3 CSL in Sweden for 660.000 SEK (85.825 USD / 72.052 Euro / 48.351 GBP).

Most people pay a lot more.

Klint, how does that price compare to your price?

I guess a lot of people in the UK were upset and left their CSL orders when BMW chose to make more than they initially said. (like every other car maker)

I don't think the numbers of producton actually made the odd 100 (out of 422) CSLs left over be the cause, I really couldn't put a theory behind the reason why so many are lying around unsold. Maybe BMW was demanding too much ££ to start off with.

I recon I can get the dealer to bring the price down to £47,500, from the "unofficial" price tag of £49,995, when it's listed at £59,995. That's If I wanted the car that is.....:bye:

In The Netherlands a M3 CSL costs about € 120.000,-, so € 72.052 is a bargain.
