My Dad gets off all the time with that plate.
Usually the "chipies" pull up next to him on the freeway......so as to suggest to slow down.......he does.......and they pull away without pulling him over.

It can help you avoid citations (the degree to which is very officer dependent), unless you're doing something really stupid. It's not the equivalent of a "get out of jail free" card. Also, the Foundation does screen potential members -- those with bad driving records are rejected.
