Rs6 For-sale

I am selling my BRAND NEW RS6.

It has only 580 miles on it. I bought it with 300 on April 2, 2004.

It has every option except "warm weather package"

Next week I should be receiving my 18+8.5 FIKSE wheels. (they will go with the car)
They are the Profil 10 series w/ speed silver centers and mirror polished outers. They are shod w/ 255/40YR-18 Bridgestone Potenza pole position S-03

The car is Avus Silver w/ Silver interior and black tinted windows.

The car was never "modded" and I put only 280 miles on her...........Its Brand new.

I am selling because Ive got my eye on a Ferrari F40 that just came available.

WELL...................AS OF 2:00 PM THE CAR DOES NOT RUN........COMPLETY SHUT DOWN AFTER SPITTING AND SPUTTERING HOME.

THE CAR IS NO LONGER FOR SALE !!!!

IT WENT BACK TO THE DEALER ON A ROLL BACK.............I JUST PICKED IT UP YESTERDAY FROM THE TRANS YANK AND REPLACE ORDEAL.

ANYWAY.............AT THIS POINT I AM NOT ACCEPTING THE CAR BACK UNDER LEMON LAW..........IVE ONLY DRIVEN IT 3 TIMES...600 MILES.

UNDER LEGAL COUNSEL............THIS IS MY OPTION, AND CONSIDERING I PERSONALLY ONLY PUT 300 MILES ON IT AND ITS BEEN IN THE SHOP 2 TIMES NOW AND WILL BE GOING ON 3 WEEKS UNDER THE KNIFE...............THEY CAN KEEP IT FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY..............

SOMETIMES THINGS DO HAPPEN.............BUT THIS IS AN EARLY SIGN OF THINGS TO COME WITH THIS PARTICULAR CAR.

ITS A SHAME.................BUT NOW ITS THE DEALERS AND AUDIS PROBLEM:mech: :argue:

IT NOW LOOKS LIKE I HAVE WHEELS AND TIRES TO SELL FROM MY FIKSE ORDER......................

All I know is, I am not taking it back and have had to procure my attorney in this under "Lemon Law"
