Just wanted to share some pics of a friends A8 - freshly imported from the land of great cars, Germany. It's a 2000 mod with black leather and has run only 53kkm in the hands of one owner. Needless to say, the car is almost perferct - looks new inside and out, runs perfect and drives much better than the 1998 mod it replaced. It's easy to notice the bonus of the lightweight alu suspention that came with the facelift.

Car rides on 9x19" with 235/40s - yes thats a lot of sidewall, but the car has a great ride on these and comfort is good. It has been lowered a little, and is now due to have the lower parts painted to match the rest of the car.

Oh crap. Why did I do this? Not much fun driving my old Golf now...

Yes, you are correct! I'm pretty impressed ;)

The "rest areas" are ment to lessen the feeling of claustrophobia for those who are afraid of tunnels.

But as you can see, they are actually designed for photographing cars :thumb:

Yes..... we spent our holiday in Norway a few years ago. The tunnel was a highlight on the long trip. We also made some Photos there with our car... but this was surf-blue and didn't look good in there..... so... blue.
