Went for a walk on the ice while it still lasts. I had a reason to come back with my zoom lens and take loads of pictures.

I have a new one, EOS 1Ds. :D :bow:

Sad things is, I can't blame anything on the camera any longer. ;)

The third and fourth pictures down are my favourite, great detail on both! :thumb:

What's the sport called? It's iceskating+waterskiing+paragliding all in one...:confused:

Kite I think. Usually done on water, only this time it's frozen and you don't get wet. Today everything's grey and almost no wind. :(

The young ones can also participate :)

Nice pics Erik, just saw them now. And yes, it is called Kiteing. Really cool sport to watch, would be fun to try some day.
