Porsche GT3 video at Hockenheimring

The car is equipped with the std. GT3 tyres ( Michelin Pilot Sport N2 )
rear wing GT3RS LeMans
-short shifter
-racing steering wheel
-Porsche racing suspension
-15mm lowered
-RECARO pro racer 99 SP-G
The car is totally stripped out, it´s now ~140kg lighter than the std. GT3, measured at the weighing machine at Hockenheimring.

Well the car is nice, but why do all that to the interior and NOT put in a Rollcage? This way it looks as if it has been done to impress people.
I guess next on the list is an investment in driver training?

If the owner is really anal about weight savings then the free factory option(s) of deleting the Aircon and Radio should of been on the owner's list. This would of saved a further 25+kgs. :vhmmm:

Yes, it does have rather an odd rollcage - I'm used to seeing them going across the lower part of the door.
I don't think this one will do much to improve body stiffness.
