For Sale Audi RS6 with many upgrades

Time to sell my beauty as I can't afford to extend my garage (or so I am told). 63,866 miles on her and I do not plan to add more.
Here is what I can recall on my baby: (Yes I hate to sell).

Is wired for subwoofer
Integraded Radar system
Forgestar wheels 19 x 8.5 in light titanium
Michelin Pilot Sport Wheels with lots of tread
Recent oil/belt, brake fluid and check by master mechanic
New coils and plugs last year with only 70 miles on them.
Newer battery – always on tender.
Recent range sensor replacement 4 miles ago (last week).

Has spent its life of 15.5 years with me in the garage seeing only 22k
Pampered miles in that time. Only Synthetic 505.01 oil used and K&N/Mahle
Filters used. Always given the best care.

The Good – Faster than most cars, beautiful, best exhaust note ever (lots of compliments)
Needs nothing mechanically, interior with no tears, sags etc. No dings, dents etc,. Nothing but sheer fun and a great sound system and much better navigation that OEM unit. Radar works super well.

The “Bad” – Does have some stone chips in front when you get close to the paint, curb rash on a wheel (which is fixable or simply replace wheel and use as a spare). That’s it.

I will entertain reasonable offers north of $20k. I am not in a huge rush. I do not want to trade as again, I need the space otherwise I would never sell her. I have many more pictures so please ask and I can e-mail them to you if you desire.

Okay, well this is a learning experience for me selling a car nowadays. I am reducing this down to $22k for a final time before I opt to sell it to a person who wants to make payments for 10 months. This is a beautiful car and I really am baffled as to why no one has grabbed it up. Please ask any questions that you have and I will respond asap. Thanks for looking (again).

Continuing to learn....I cannot believe this gem has now had a party drop out after making a payment to hold for them. I will let this go for a reasonable offer. Please remember that this is a very well maintained garage queen. All needed and even way before needed mechanical work is done. For a 1.5k more, I will make it CA smog legal if that is the issue, and will include all of the goodies to put back on for a very fast car.
