Thoughts on an asking price? Love the car but an AC issue has made me start to think it might be time to move on (see below).

Avus/Ebony, 153k miles, 6 speed 01E conversion by EFI EXpress (I believe), excellent overall condition
- Milltek downpipe
- Ringer Stage 4+ clutch
- Silly Rabbit intercoolers
- Hotchkiss swaybars
- Street Density engine mounts
- KWV3 adjustable suspension
- Tilton starter
- Apikol MAF gaskets
- N75 valve and diverter valves
- Meyle heavy duty suspension components
- OEM Audi 19" rotors with Continental 255/35/19 SportContact 6 tires, with good tread
- car has a mild tune by Mase Engineering, makes 425awhp, 485awtq
- no warning lights other than listed below
- a folder of receipts from current and previous owners
- recent battery and an oil change this week

Timing belt is due.

I bought this from a seller in LA, who bought the car from BringaTrailer: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2003-audi-rs6-33/

Car is in NE Florida, and includes a brand new matching tire (in the trunk), and also a pair of new OEM front brake rotors in So Cal (LA or San Diego) that must be picked up.

Issues:
- front bumper is cracked
- needs AC pipe between compressor and condenser replacing
- clutch slips in high gear and full throttle
- headlight adjusters throwing an error on the dash
- brake wear sensors throwing an error on the dash code for no obvious reason

What do you think?
