I have about 3 silver ones that I've bought over a period of time, and one of them I reupholstered black when I also did the Recaros. The black one is currently in use in the car.
If black is no longer available from ECS tuning, you can get a silver or sabre color, and have someone die the leather black. Should work. Or just have it reupholstered as I did.
Are you looking for one because the leather is bad or because the plastic tusks are broken?

I've been searching the EBay wrecker pages lately for obscure stuff and I saw a couple whole armrest assemblies with black tops. You may actually have an easier time getting the whole thing, or buying the whole assembly for an agreed upon price from them and leaving them with all the rest of the assembly since sometimes people do need spares of those parts. Not sure if it was Audi parts unlimited or J&J wrecking, but if you just search Ebay you should find some options.
