OEM windshield part number

Greetings from Colorado,

Hefty crack in my windshield is on the move. Anyone out in RS land happen to know the part number for the OEM windshield. Not thrilled about aftermarket. Thanks in advance for any help.

I can't help you with part number but I go mine replaced through Champion Glass here in NY with OEM glass....it cost me $850ish. This was not through insurance though. If you have glass coverage you could go through your insurance and ask for OEM due to rarity of car. Worst case you would pay the difference.

4B4-845-099-AE-NVB Couple different choices in Europe but this is the only one the dealer lists, probably the same as the Facelift A6.

V8 is different from the ordinary A6.
Only S6 or A6 4.2 will work (and RS6 obv).

Thanks for the tips people. The body shop I'm using to do the install found one in Texas. Now lets hope it arrives in one piece.
