Timing belt service recommendation for our Beast ( RS6 )- Anyone in the San Fernando, Ca area

Hello RS6ers,

Anyone in the San Fernando, Ca area has a recommendation for a shop or even a certain individual who does this timing belt service?
( specific to our RS6 of course )
Even someone on here that wants to do it and has done it before?
I would pay someone that is good and knowledgeable here or at a good shop than going to the stealership

Also, best up to date places online to buy the Kit ?
Which kit do you recommend ?

Thank you All for your time

Adam

PM me if you want

Timing Belt Kit (https://www.blauparts.com/audi-rs6-timing-belt-kit-42l-plus.html)

If you are looking for a few other miscellaneous items to add to the list: Extras sold separately. (http://audirssix.com/index.php/overview/maintenance)

Good luck finding a place to get it done. I am not from the area and can't recommend a good place to get it done at.

My mechanic was plenty happy with the Blauparts kit mentioned. Here are a few more tidbits from my site. I'd check all the Audi forums to see who does good work on the B5, C5 platforms.

It would be a drive for you, but NGP Racing (Wash, D.C.) recommended PURE Motorsport in San Diego. I have the car in there now, and plan on having the timing, etc. done there when the time comes. www.purems.com
