Auxiliary Waterpump ?

Have Intake off, but having hard time sourcing
this little electric pump (ciculation after shut off for turbo cooling).
The new part # is 077121599A.
Most sources have to get them from Europe, 3 weeks+ lead time.
Anybody know of some NOS or faster source ? (USA of Canada)
Any hint is appreciated.
