Brand new, never used. Don't have the original box anymore, but comes with cloth carry bag. Matte black, XL. Fits a bit snug on me, but I'm 6' with a slightly large head. $175 shipped within US.
They don't seem to make the model anymore, but here's a link to where I bought it from. Was $289 for the Matte finish model.
