Hey, Dave,
I might need this in my life...
I'm doing some reading now, but is it basically plug and play? (I have factory Bose system with 6-disc in the dash) I assume it comes with a nav DVD for north America?
Other than wiring harnesses, and a bluetooth module, is there anything else I would need to buy?
Bad timing right before Christmas....
Thanks!

Yes, you need a Wiring sub harness and sat antenna. Then Plug and play
yes nav cd included.
Let me see see what I have. I sourced my harness on eBay. Let me see if I can find that seller.

Please let me know if you have a harness that will allow me to use an older RNS-D unit that I have. Thanks !

Don't mean to jump in on a for sale thread but the following is the adapter harness and antenna extension cable I used. I tapped into the roof mount shark fin for GPS but you can also source a standalone antenna.
Came from China but arrived in an acceptable time frame (1-2weeks).

Same for this coming from Germany.

Then I followed these instructions (courtesy of nene).
