Recently my car has been having some strange issues starting. If the car is cold and I try to start it, on frequent occasions, the engine will turn over and runs for about a second or two then stalls. If I start it up again right after this, it runs without a problem. I also do not notice this problem if the car has already been driven or warmed up and started. Is this a sign of my starter staring to go bad, or is it an ignition or fueling issue. There are no problems driving the car and no codes coming up.

Doesn't sound like a starter if it turns over fine. Any codes? When is the last time you replaced the temp sensor at the back of the engine? Maybe check valve in the fuel pump is letting residual pressure bleed down over night?
