Just want to know if the 6HP19 from B6 S4 will physically fit into C5 RS6 as the manual from this car has been used.

I ask as I have found people who can build this unit to hold the power I need while also being able to make it work electronically etc.

Appreciate experienced input.

Makes zero sense. Apart from the "physical" issue, you have a whole lot of "electronic" problems to deal with (drivetrain communication - ECU/ABS/ESP; re-calibrating ECU to account for extra gear etc) - and that's already a world of hurt. Won't be easy, fast or cheap.
Physically - looking at the 6hp19a, it seems to be very similar in dimensions to 5hp24a. Random pics from the internet: https://www.b-parts.com/en/store/products/88173/
But again, physically mating the two together is the easy part. Making it all work properly - is a completely different thing.

The 6HP19 was rated for 300 lb/ft of Tq, the 6HP26A was rated for 440 lb/ft, 5HP32 was rated for 550 lb/ft. The 6HP26A was used in some A8's and S8 so probably a much better choice than the 6HP19. I would have loved one but the problems with the bellhousing and the electronics would be extremely prohibitive.
