Where was it spotted? I have a picture of a Noggy RS6 here in Minneapolis that at the time was also sporting the custom license plate "RS6"

Just tracked it and it looks like the Minneapolis car is now in Maryland. Was just serviced on the 22nd and has just over 72,600 miles. Oh man... the want is real.
