I was looking for 6 months, and never found one. I even found an RS6 that hit Shokan the day they listed it, and the belly pan was already gone.
The S6 ones can apparently work (with mods) but not otherwise.
I ponied up, and paid $450-500 from Audi for a new one with the missing hardware & bits, and it had to come from the Fatherland... That's life in the fast lane!
