These guys are a fortune 500 company now....they did 20 million $$s last year in sales.

Their parts are warrantied forever too. I just got a few new coilpacks to replace 2 that were bought 2 years ago; zero-cost other than shipping the dead ones back , no drama.

Let me tell you an FCP Euro story. Tonight their BMW parts manager is driving to my house, about 2 hours from their Milford CT shop. I’d ordered a JCW exhaust for my daughters mini. For some reason it proved to be too big to ship? So after some back and forth, he stepped up and said, I’ll drive it to your house. Second instance of them going out of the way to get things done for the customer. This is customer SERVICE!
