"2003 Audi RS6 23,000 miles. 450 HP, AWD, and only about 1,000 of these came to the country. The only year the RS6 was imported to the USA. Metallic black over black interior. Car is 100% stock other than a laser jammer installed. Car collector quality inside and out with over $24,000 of service receipts from Audi back in Nov 2016 going thru the entire car. Also all new tires in the Summer of 2016. Virtually impossible to find an RS6 in this type of condition. There is one very small imperfection on the drivers side lower side skirt area smaller than the size of a dime. Pics to follow. $49,000 , or best offer."

Just to be clear, no affiliation with the seller or the car itself. It's a big asking price, but considering the low mileage and a $25k service...

Guys,

The funny part is that if this were a 2003 E39 M5, it would have already sold at 49K....and there were thousands of those... if we really want our cars to be worth something, we need to appreciate that a very low mileage example should command a hefty premium and be happy about it...

the message here is, if we want our cars to start appreciating the way that E39 M5's have, we have to start acting like we deserve it!

just my .02.

Agreed... all you need is to look at what EAG is asking for (and getting!) for low mileage E39 M5s.

Check the prices here.... http://enthusiastauto.com/qsearch/?form_request=56&action=results&showres=1&1268_0=24&selLevel_1268B0D=1&selLevel_1268B1D=24&1574_0=1

Listen up people

I have done my part!!!

lol

EAG is making the needle move for the BMW. It will take something similar to move that needle for Audi. Is there a market? Maybe....hmmm, interesting

EAG is local to me. They are now my service provider of choice now that my 2013 X5M is off warranty. Surprisingly, their rates for service are reasonable. Their prices for cars make me blush...but, they move quite a few cars, and have some very nice BMWs on their lot.

Agree on EAG Dave. We need some reputable shop with rs6 knowledge to start doing this. Fixing all known issues proactively and selling no excuses cars. I did kwv3s on my car last week, while I am selling it, so I will not take low balls now so I suspect I'll have my car for a while....
