RS6 Smoked Tails, new info....

Hey guys,

We have 2 sets of smoked tails on order and they should be in soon. 1 set is spoken for, I will post when they come in. After that one is gone, I will order more should the need arise. I will ship but I am not a big fan of going international. So here is the deal, those of you interested in these tails, post here. First come first server, pricing will be under 300 for the pair. Post under this thread and when they are available I will go through it and contact each individually unless I come up with a better idea which will probably have to happen. Maybe an ebay buy it now or somehting.

I think it would be helpful to everyone to see a rear shot of the OEM rear lights and the smoked tails side by side. Would that be possible? I think it would seal it one way or the other for most. And I would imagine Daytona Grey would make the most sense since that is what most of us have.

That certainly helps ME with the decision. I'm going to try the smoked tails. On most cars I've seen them on I agree with the "Ricey" conotation. For some reason on the Daytona Grey RS6 I think it helps the back end which is my least favorite angle in the USA version. The Euro version looks better than the USA version and IMO the back end of the '00-'01 A6/S6 looks better than the RS6. The smoked tail lights help for me.

I personally don't thin smoked tail lights are ricey (was the Ur Quattro a rice rocket?). IMO smoked works betst on white, silver, or black cars.
